Modern Day FEARS, FRUSTRATIONS, & PHOBIAS

HIGH TECH PHOBIA (H.T.P.) - Afraid of the "Latest, Greatest" Technology. Still using Windows 3.1

LOW TECH PHOBIA (L.T.P.) - "If it isn't the 'latest-greatest' technology, it's worthless." Early adopters of the beta or 1.0 version of software (They experience a thousand deaths - the blue screen variety).

OLD TECH PHOBIA (O.T.P.) - Afraid of the "tried and true". "If it's old, it's worthless." Logically, they should take the wheels off of their cars (wheels -
an invention from several thousand years ago). Even though they are READING information on the internet, they think that textbooks are "obsolete". Remember the predictions over 20 years ago of the "PAPERLESS SOCIETY" (Est. 1980)?
"Hey, What Happened???"

NEW TECH PHOBIA (N.T.P.) - Don't own a computer and don't want to.
"I'm still trying to learn how to program my VCR, and now they have DVD's? And what's this EMAIL business? I know God answers KNEEMAIL, but there's not a prayer that I'll ever learn to send EMAIL."

FORGET THE PHOBIAS!
